George Scott

George Scott is the founder and Managing Director of TEXC and a licensed shotfirer with hands-on experience across quarrying, civil construction, mining and specialist blasting operations.

Having worked across both large-scale operations and smaller specialist projects, George established TEXC with a practical understanding of how blasting operations work in the field and where additional capability can make a difference.

He remains actively involved in TEXC’s field operations while leading the continued development of the business, its systems and its approach to specialist blasting services.

Growing the team

Built to scale with demand.

As TEXC grows, additional experienced personnel will be introduced here. We only ever show real, approved team members — never stock portraits.

On site

Competency you can check.

Every engagement is worked by licensed, competent personnel operating inside your systems and inductions — not a name on a subcontract with someone else turning up.

The competency belongs to the person on site. What TEXC adds is the insurance, the systems and the client approvals they work within.
